 Measurement Principle

Gas Replacement Method 

1. As shown in the diagram, gas is injected into the sample cell containing the sample, and the valve of the expansion cell is opened to allow the gas to diffuse into the expansion cell.

2. Based on the pressure drop during this process and the measured volumes of the sample cell and expansion cell, the volume of the sample is calculated.


3. The weight of the measured sample is divided by this volume to determine the sample's density.

Sample Preparation

1.  Standard Conditions

ㅤ- A minimum of 0.1g of the sample is required.

ㅤ- Samples should be sent in a sealed container (glass or plastic bottles are recommended).

 Precautions


- Ensure proper packaging to prevent sample leakage.

- It is recommended to inquire in advance to confirm that the sample's properties meet the analysis conditions.
