Measurement Principle
ASTM D93 Flash Point Measurement
(Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Flash Point Test)
1. The sample is placed in a closed cup and gradually heated until the temperature at which flammable vapors reach an ignitable concentration (flash point) is measured.
ㅤ - Flash point unit: °C (Celsius)
2. The APM-100 equipment is used to automatically measure the flash point.
ㅤ - Provides accurate and reproducible results
ㅤ - Operated according to ASTM D93 standard procedure
3. The flash point measurement results are used to evaluate the flammability and fire hazard of the substance.

ㅤ- A minimum of 60 mL of the sample is required.
ㅤ- Samples should be sent in a sealed container (glass or plastic bottles are recommended).

- It is recommended to inquire in advance to confirm that the sample's properties meet the analysis conditions.
