CPPP Analysis

Measurement Principle

TANAKA MPC-6 Automatic Pour Point and Cloud Point Measurement

(Based on ASTM D6749 and ASTM D7683 Standards)

1. The sample is introduced into a sealed sample chamber, and the temperature is gradually adjusted to automatically measure the pour point and cloud point.
ㅤ - Measurement unit : °C

2. The TANAKA MPC-6 device is used to automatically measure pour point and cloud point.
 - Enables quick and accurate measurement with a small sample volume (4.5 mL).
ㅤ - Adheres to ASTM D6749 and ASTM D7683 standard procedures.

3. Pour point and cloud point results are used to evaluate the low-temperature properties of fuels and lubricants.

Measurement Items

Pour Point

- The lowest temperature at which the sample loses fluidity.
- Unit : °C

Cloud Point

- The temperature at which the sample begins to turn cloudy upon cooling.
- Unit : °C

Other Conditions

- Accurate measurements are performed in compliance with ASTM D6749 and ASTM D7683 standard procedures.

Results Provided

- Accurate pour point and cloud point results.
