aco-100 is capable of running both gas and electric ignition. Depending on the situation, ignition source can be changed from gas to electric or vice versa.

For aco-100 asphalt version (aco-100as), a unique skimmer has been added to automatically remove the surface skin that forms on the sample when bitumen or some other samples are tested.
